How can I book my transfer?

From our pages, you can either use our reservation form or browse the available cities.

Can I add, cancel or modify my reservation (i.e.: pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage)?

To guarantee the best possible service, please contact us for modifying your previous reservation with regards to time, passengers or luggage, because we might need to provide you with a different vehicle. To change your reservation, see the following FAQs..

Can I delete or change my reservation?

You can modify or delete your reservation at any time, but before the driver’s departure to reach the meeting point. If you want to modify or delete your reservation 48 hours before your arrival, please send an email or phone us and we will be glad to help you. For any support within 48 hours from your arrival, please directly phone us at the phone number you will find on the email you will receive some days before your arrival.

PRICE FAQs

Are your fares per person or per car?

Our Prices are ALWAYS per car, not per person.

Are your prices fixed and all inclusive or are there any extra fees?

Our prices are fixed and all inclusive. There are NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA fees (i.e. because of deviations or traffic jams).

What about tips?

The price is all inclusive and tips to the driver are not mandatory, but, if you liked your service and you wish to tip the driver, please do it.

PAYMENT FAQs

Why the driver asked for the payment after the transfer, if I have already provided you with credit card details during the reservation?

The credit card number requested during the reservation is only needed to guarantee your reservation, for this reason the driver asked you to pay for the service after the transfer. You can pay in advance by PayPal or by credit card.

How and when do I have to pay for my transfer?

You can choose between two options: directly pay to the driver after the transfer or pay in advance by PayPal or credit card. If you choose the direct payment, the credit card number provided during the reservation is only needed as guarantee.

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, of course. If you prefer to pay in advance, select the option "Pay now with PayPal" or “Pay with credit card” in the booking form.

LUGGAGE FAQs

What about additional luggage that I didn't mention during the booking procedure?

If the number of your luggage changes, please inform us because you may need a larger/smaller vehicle and therefore the price of you transfer may also change.

Can I carry big items such as wheelchairs, bikes, ski or scuba dive equipment?

We ask you to mention them on the reservation form because you may need a larger vehicle .

MEETING LOCATION FAQs

Where am I going to meet the driver?

The meeting point with our drivers is inside both terminals T1  front of exit door 2 and T3 area meeting point 1 or 2 (do not leave without contacting us).

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Our local manager monitors flights and arrival times. In case of delay or cancellation, he will reschedule your reservation to make sure that our driver will be present at your arrival.

What if I cannot find the driver?

You can phone the number reported on the confirmation you will receive some days before your arrival. Our lines are available h24, 7 days a week, and we will be glad to help you.

How long is the driver going to wait for me, while I pass through the immigration and custom gates?

The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the actual landing time of your flight. Then, he could call you on the mobile phone number reported on your booking form and, only in case he is not able to contact you, he will leave the meeting point. If you have problems in clearing customs and immigration, collecting your luggage or filling-out a lost baggage file, please contact us at the emergency phone number provided.

SERVICE FAQs

Am I going to share the airport transfer with other people?

No, you will not have to share your car with anyone who is not specified on your reservation form. All our transfers are private and NOT shared.

Do you provide infant or child safety seats?

Yes, we provide child seats upon request to most destinations, with additional price to 10€. We kindly ask you to mention the children's age during the booking procedure in order to provide the vehicle with the proper seat.
